Job Description
- Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, receipts, and transaction logs.
- Processing Transactions: Assist with accounts payable/receivable, prepare bank reconciliations, and ensure timely payments and collections.
- Reporting & Compliance: Prepare financial reports, assist with audits, and ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
- Knowledge of Accounting Principles: Familiarity with basic accounting concepts, financial statements, and bookkeeping practices.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy in data entry, transaction processing, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Accounting Software: Experience with accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel) and the ability to manage financial data efficiently.
