Job Description
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience in a public accounting /audit /tax /accounting firm is an advantage
- At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or senior role
- Proficient in Accounting systems (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, or similar)
Responsibilities
- Financial reporting and analysis
- Philippine tax laws and BIR compliance
- Audit preparation and regulatory requirements
- Supervise, coach, and develop staff
- Review work for accuracy and compliance
- Manage multiple clients, deadlines, and priorities
