- Supervise daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, and reconciliations
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports in compliance with GAAP/IFRS
- Lead, mentor, and support accounting staff to drive efficiency and performance
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulations, and company policies
- Coordinate with auditors and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard financial accuracy
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of Accounting experience, including 2+ years in a Supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to supervise and guide a team
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, taxation, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
