Accounting Supervisor (Tijuana)

The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with Mexican financial and tax regulations, supervising accounting staff, and supporting accurate and timely financial reporting. This role works closely with finance leadership, auditors, and other departments to maintain strong internal controls and efficient accounting processes.

• Supervise daily accounting activities, including the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican accounting standards, SAT requirements, and tax obligations.
• Coordinate tax filings (VAT (IVA), ISR, DIOT) and electronic accounting submissions.
• Manage month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
