Responsibilities
- General bookkeeping from transactional recordings
- Processing of payments.
- General correspondence and filing.
- Administrative and organizational duties.
- Preparation of Bank reconciliations A/R and A/P.
- Complete month end closings.
- Other related tasks.
Qualifications
- College diploma in related field.
- 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Prior experience working with accounting software (QuickBooks, QuickBooks Online, Sage 50, Writeup, Acc Pac and others).
