My client seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join their finance team. The successful candidate will support the organisation’s financial operations by managing accounts payable, data entry, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role involves the diligent accounts management of a subsidiary (approx. 40m euros sales) in the EU and involves various reconciliation and cash management.
Keys tasks in this fast moving business include Invoicing, multi-currency management, shipping costs allocation and the country purchase ledger including supplier due diligence and Vat returns (Credit control is not part of the role) .
