The Role

• Report directly to a Director and support a varied portfolio of SME clients
• Bookkeeping duties including bank reconciliations and ledger postings
• Sales and purchase ledger processing and reconciliations
• Journal postings including accruals, prepayments, fixed assets and intercompany transactions
• Preparation of management and statutory accounts from source records and client software
• Preparation and submission of VAT returns
• Running monthly payroll for clients
