We are now looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant reporting to the Management Accountant for the Insulation Ireland business on a fixed 12-month contract for maternity cover. This role is based at our Castleblayney site working 39 hours per week (Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm).

The postholder will be responsible for supporting the management accountant in all aspects of finance and sales reporting
Responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant:
Preparing journals, identifying prepayments, reversing journals, GRNI housekeeping & accruals 
Weekly Sales reporting 
Month end reporting and preparation of monthly management packs. 
Maintaining sales rebate accruals and payments to customers 
Updating of Standard Costs and Cost Roll ups in SAP 
Preparing month end Balance Sheet reconciliations 
Preparing monthly Intrastat, VIES and CSO returns 
Ad Hoc Sales analysis reporting for area managers
