Overviews: We're looking for an Accounts Assistant to support daily accounting and administrative tasks for a reputable wholesaler and distributor company.

The ideal candidate would be someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  Job Responsibilities: Handle partial sets of accounts Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and inter-company reconciliations Manage Accounts Payable, including issuing payments to trade and non-trade suppliers Reconcile Statements of Account (SOA) against outstanding invoices in the system Monitor incoming shipments and coordinate relevant updates Prepare monthly financial schedules and reports Provide administrative support for office operations Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Accountant Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel Detai...
