Job Title: Accounts Assistant 

Location: Telford

Hours of Work: Mon-Thurs:8:00-16:30 & Fri: 8:00-13:30

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our finance team. This role will support the effective operation of the sales ledger, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong financial control. The successful candidate will play a key role in invoicing, cash allocation, and supporting wider finance activities within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately raise and post sales invoices in a timely manner
Match sales invoices to Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation
Prepare and post month-end journals
Maintain and update sales reporting spreadsheets
Post and allocate customer receipts to the sales ledger
Proactively manage aged debt, including credit control and debto...
