Job summary: Supervise and manage daily cash transactions, including receipts and payments Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures Assist in internal and external audits by providing required data Payout expenses, record transactions & deposits, and maintain cashbook.

Verify payments against approved budgets before disbursement; seek approvals for unusual or high-value expenses as per policy.

Verify and process payments for Sales Agents as per agreed policies.

Facilitate recurring payments (e.g., rent, vendor agreements) in a timely manner as per contract terms.
