About the role
This is an exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced Accounts Officer to join the dynamic team in a leading provider of engineering equipment and services in the Woodlands North Region. As an Accounts Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's financial records, processing payments, and supporting the overall accounting operations.
What you'll be doing- Overseeing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliations
- Prepare and submit financial reports, statements, and other required documentation
- Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Support the month‑end and year‑end closing processes
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, internal policies, and external regulations
- Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed
