Accounts Executive

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to be responsible for Accounts Receivable, Reporting and Fixed Assets Management. The position will report to the Finance Manager and be part of the finance team.

• Perform full spectrum of AR functions, including posting and matching of collections, reconciliation for incoming bank receipts.
• Issue SOA and actively follow up on overdue receivables to ensure timely collections.
• Reconcile sales invoices to SAP entries.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on AR related queries and issues.
• Check and issue credit note for sales target incentive to retailers and salesman sell-out incentive.
• Support in the preparation of monthly intercompany debit note (e.g., TSGM).
• Generate AR overdue report for sales order release and HQ reporting.
