Accounts executive (Social impact Sector Experience Required)

We are looking for a fulltime Accounts Manager who can maintain complete books of account and head the department.

He/she should be able to generate various MIS reports, provide monthly accounts finalization with balance sheet/P&L and file various statutory returns (GST, TDS, etc.). The candidate should have deep knowledge of accounting practices as well as statutory compliances such as GST, IT-TDS/TCS, PF, PT, ESI.

We are looking for a self-motivated leader who can:

• steer the small Accounts team to being productive and meticulous
• independently manage expectations and compliance to company financial norms from all employees
• nurture external relationships such as with banks, lenders, debtors/creditors, Accounting and Payroll service providers, statutory bodies e.g. GST, IT departments
• act as the fiduciary control function for the company
