Responsibilities
- Invoice Processing
- Invoice payment validation & processing of invoices and billing.
- Invoice exceptions processing & handling.
- Routing of invoices for proper approval.
- Attaching scanned copy of invoices/billings to the ERP system.
- Indexing
- Encode all necessary information as shown in the invoices & billings.
- Ensure that all necessary information is completely and accurately encoded.
- Account Management
- Ensure invoices/billings are completely, accurately and timely processed.
- Ensure transactions are properly recorded in accordance with the defined standards and requirements.
