Accounts Payable (Temporary Contract)

Location: Oxford
Contract: 3 Months
Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH
Rate: £16 - £18 per hour

Robert Half Ltd are working with a business in Oxford that are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join the team on a 3-month temporary contract. To be considered for this role, you must have previous SAP experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, approvals, payment runs, and reconciliations
  • Verify supplier invoices for accuracy, correct coding, and timely entry into the accounting system
  • Maintain and update vendor master data, resolving discrepancies and handling supplier payment queries
  • Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and reporting requirements
