About the job Accounts Payable Executive
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Accounts Executive (Payables) for one of our global shipping clients. The AP Executive will be responsible to assist the Accounts Manager in the Accounts Payable function and be responsible for administering and monitoring invoices up to payment stage. The AP Executive will also liaise with various departments and vendors on problematic invoices and assist in the analysis of periodic reports and ad hoc projects.
The ideal candidates would have at least 2 years of relevant working experiences and have working knowledge of Oracle Fusion system.
Responsibilities:- Processing of suppliers' invoices.
- Perform reconciliation including supplier statement reconciliations.
