What is this role about?
This role will prepare Accounts Payable Vouchers (APV's) for various transactions in the assigned area, in accordance to existing Accounting Department policies and the Accounts Payable Lead Time Matrix.
What will YOU do?
- Validate the relevance of received documents (e.g. Payment Requests, billing statements, invoices, etc.) including payment details, required signatures and attachments / supporting documents prior preparation of APV's
- Prepare APVs for cash advance, liquidation, reimbursement, and replenishment requests filed by employees in the assigned area ...
