About the Opportunity

Accounts Payable Manager will oversee daily AP operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoice and payment processing in Canada and the US.

• Oversee end-to-end invoice and electronic payment processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, proper approvals, and compliance with company policies
• Establish, document, and enforce strong internal controls to prevent errors and fraud and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex invoice issues, payment discrepancies, and vendor inquiries, ensuring timely and professional resolution
• Maintain accurate vendor records and support vendor onboarding, changes, and verification processes
