Accounts Payable Officer

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and possesses strong mathematical skills
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Experience working with SAP is preferred
• Willing to work on-site in Central Jakarta
• Open to working long hours and weekends, if required

Tasks & responsibilities

• Review invoices for proper documentation before processing payments
• Enter data for invoices and general ledger transactions
• Reconcile credit card statements and bank accounts
• Generate purchase orders as required
• Secure and print signatures on all checks
• Provide support to senior financial officers as needed
