Accounts Payable Specialist

Chicago Loop Law Firm is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and motivated Accounts Payable Specialist to join our accounting team. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter vendor invoices for multiple office locations


• Prepare and process daily and weekly check runs


• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies


• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from vendors and firm partners


• Assist with special accounting projects and administrative tasks as assigned
