JOB DESCRIPTION - ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST

Job Overview

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialistto join our finance team. In this role, you will report directly to the VP, Finance and play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely payments to vendors. You’ll be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and prepare necessary reports for managers.

Your ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and manage multiple priorities will be essential to your success. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering accurate and timely financial support — we’d love to hear from you.

In this role you

  • Accurately enter accounts payable invoices into the appropriate cost centers, ensuring correct allocation of expenses.
  • Prepare and post ledger entries for accounts payable transactions across various cost centers.
