Primary purpose of the position

The Shared Services Analyst (Accounts Receivable Specialist) is responsible for executing specific subprocesses within the accounts receivable function. This includes maintaining accurate customer account records, conducting account reconciliations, managing collections, and ensuring proper documentation related to in payments. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to facilitate efficient payment collection. The Analyst's responsibilities encompass resolving issues, managing documentation, engaging with internal and external stakeholders, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and maintaining accountability. Analysts are integral to the effective operation of the Integral Business Services (GBS) Delivery Centres, contributing as high‑performing team members within the end‑to‑end process workflow.
