Accounts Receivable Analyst

Description We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join a team in Los Angeles, California for a Contract position with the possibility of longer-term opportunity. This role supports the full accounts receivable cycle, including collections, deductions, cash application, and account reconciliation, while working closely with internal partners and customers to resolve payment issues. The position follows a hybrid schedule with onsite work Monday through Wednesday and remote work on Thursday and Friday. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Review customer accounts regularly to identify overdue balances, payment delays, and other account concerns requiring follow-up.
