Day shift - 8:30am to 4:30 pm 
Responsibilities Prepare and process a high volume of invoices in QuickBooks with speed and accuracy 
Extract and interpret information from handwritten work orders 
Separate labor/services from parts to create detailed invoices 
Manage accounts receivable transactions and customer accounts 
Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies 
Follow up on overdue payments via phone and email 
Assist with month-end reporting and account reconciliations 
Support bookkeeping and accounting administration as needed
