Accounts Receivable Clerk (North York)

Overview

Downsview Chrysler has been serving the GTA since 1959 and is the largest and longest-standing Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram dealership in Toronto. Behind our busy showroom is a hard-working office team that keeps the business running — and we’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join it. This is a hands-on role for someone who is great with numbers, trustworthy with cash, and happy to step up to the front desk when needed.

Responsibilities

• Accounts receivable — process and post incoming payments (cash, cheque, and card), keep AR records accurate, and work within our financial policies and procedures.
• Daily banking & deposits — prepare daily bank deposits and secure revenue by verifying and posting receipts.
• Billing & collections — prepare invoices and statements, send reminders, follow up on overdue accounts, and resolve billing discrepancies by reviewing payment history and credit terms.
