Job description :
Our client, a growing SME with expertise across multiple sectors, is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join its team.

Key Responsibilities :

Communicate with clients via phone, email, and mail to follow up on outstanding payments and respond promptly to inquiries

Negotiate payment terms and ensure compliance

Update customer records, document interactions, and validate credit profiles

Record payments, perform reconciliations, and make bank deposits

Generate accounts receivable reports and analyze payment patterns

Apply credit policies and recommend adjustments for high-risk clients

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues
