We are looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager (Collections) to lead end-to-end Collections and Disputes operations within our International Shared Services team. This role is critical in ensuring cash flow optimization, dispute resolution efficiency, and service excellence while leading a high-performing team supporting ANZ markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end collections and disputes processes, ensuring timely cash application and issue resolution
• Drive performance through KPIs, SLAs, and continuous monitoring of aging and overdue accounts
• Act as escalation point for complex or sensitive customer disputes
• Lead and develop a high-performing collections team
