OverviewThe Accounts Receivable Representative is responsible for collection and deduction management.
Assists in the reconciliation of payment discrepancies and disputes and recommends solution and resolution alternatives.ResponsibilitiesPerform key Accounts Receivable requirements including, but not limited toCollections and cash applicationOrder management, billing corrections, invoices for customer advance paymentsAccount and Bank ReconciliationsDeduction ManagementBalance A/R logsMaintain accounts receivable filesObtain proof of delivery documentationPrepare monthly and Ad hoc statements to customersPerform Month End Close processesOther Ad hoc duties as requestedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSThree (3) or more years of experience in billing and collectionsExperience with Mexico specific A/R requirements (i.E.
