Job Overview
As a Process Specialist for Amazon's Sorting Centers, you will be the guardian of quality control at Earth's most customer‑centric company. You will adopt and continuously improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across our SC network.
Key Responsibilities
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all operational processes.
- Lead process integration efforts at our Sorting Centers.
- Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives, Kaizens, Root Cause Analysis, etc.
- Own and manage change on a granular level.
- Perform audits to ensure continuous SOP adoption and eliminate defects and deviations.
- Work with teams both inside and outside of Operations to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure we are always delivering the best possible service to our customers.
