ACESSORIES MANAGER

Minimum 2 years of customer facing work experience preferably from automobile industry

Tasks

• Product and Accessories knowledge/FAQ of Mahindra and Competition – including application and benefits to customer


• Communicates effectively, especially in problem situations by phone, mail, e-mail, and face-to-face.


• Listens actively to understand the stated and unstated needs of the customer


• Ability to influence customer


• Effective planning (of accessories) and daily work management


• Computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)DMS operation
