ACMV Project Manager Job Responsibilities
- Oversee project management, scheduling, and direction for ACMV projects.
- Lead a team of engineers, supervisors, WSH Coordinators, and subcontractors.
- Manage project budget and ensure timely completion.
- Prepare and submit monthly payment claims, variation orders, and time extensions to the main contractor.
- Handle subcontractor payment responses and variation order claims.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress against the schedule.
- Develop overall project schedule and execution plan.
- Address site issues and propose contingency plans.
- Liaise with the main contractor, consultant, and client representative.
- Plan resource allocation, manpower projection, and forecasting.
