Roles & Responsibilities
- Head a team of project executives and engineers and oversee the management of all projects acquired by the company
- Implement and provide direction in project planning and execution
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, vendors, sub-cons, consultants etc on requirements and contractual agreements
- Review reports, resolve problems and issues
- Ensure overall project progress based on schedule and within budget constraints
- Ensure adherence to all EHS, WSH safety standards
- Manage contractors and team members and dedicate responsibilities
Qualifications / Requirements
- Diploma or Degree welcome
- At least 5 years project experience in ACMV/HVAC a must
- Able to manage team of engineers and sub-contractors
- Self-motivated, highly resourceful and organized
- Singaporeans or PRs only
- Experience in Cleanroom industry required...
