About the role We’re looking for someone who’s equally excited about creating and getting things done. This is a hands-on role for someone who doesn’t mind being on the ground whether that’s helping on shoots, jumping into DMs, or putting together quick creatives while also helping building community! Key Responsibilities: 1. Social & Community Management - Manage DMs and comments across Instagram and ads - Engage with customers in a brand-aligned, thoughtful tone - Flag insights, feedback and recurring concerns to the team 2. Content & Creative Support - Assist on shoots (setup, props, coordination, quick captures) - Create basic creatives (posts, stories, ad variations)3. Copy & Performance Thinking - Write short-form copy for posts, ads, and replies 4. On-ground + Execution - Be the go-to for quick turnarounds and last-minute needs - Help ensure things don’t get stuck — from packaging shoots to content uploads - Support wherever needed to keep the content engine running Who this is ...
