Activities Coordinator

Employment Type: Full-time (36 hours per week - includes alternate weekend working)
Location: Cornford House - Pembury, Kent (TN2 4QS)



The Role

As an Activities Coordinator you will provide stimulating and meaningful activities for our residents. You will tailor these activities, taking into account individual skills, hobbies and interests, aiming to improve the quality of life, whilst promoting and upholding our resident’s privacy, dignity and independenceat all times. 

Your role is to create a happy and caring atmosphere; putting residents needs first, providing a wide range of physical, social, emotional and psychological activities tailored to the individual. We respect differences and recognise our staff and residents will have different needs.
