We are looking for a strong actuarial professional to join our Valuation Shared Service team, supporting model development, validation, and reporting across Asia while driving efficiency and robustness. You will play a key role in strengthening team capability while ensuring the delivery of high-quality outputs. This role also offers the opportunity to lead initiatives on complex modeling challenges, manage projects, and provide flexible support to the wider valuation function.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Support Asia Country Lead in actuarial model and report review. Provide advice on modeling approach and insights on the efficiency.
+ Provide training to junior staff on modeling skills, coaching and review their deliverables
+ Lead up working group to deal with complex modeling problem. Take up as owner for small scale project and drive the team to deliver results.
