Project Overview
Supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and integration of an additional Access Control System at Spica Residence, including all necessary hardware, software, cabling, accessories, and configuration works for basement, ground floor stair entrances, and main entrance locations. The system shall be integrated with the existing security infrastructure and Fire Alarm System.
Scope of Work
- Supply and install Access Control Controllers for managing all access‑controlled doors.
- Supply and install card readers at designated access points.
