Adherence Consultant (PBQ) - Midrand

Dis-Chem Pharmacies’ Adherence Centre in Midrand, requires an Adherence Consultant to join their team. The purpose of the role is the provision of patient-ready parcel services by calling the patients monthly and processing their medication orders in accordance with the operational guidelines and regulatory requirements of the South African Pharmacy Council.

Minimum Requirements

Essential:

• Grade 12 – Matric or a Senior Certificate
• Pharmacist Assistant Post Basic Qualification
• Registered with Pharmacy Council
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience including Unisolv
• Computer literate – MS Office

Advantageous:

• Customer care experience
