Admin Assistant
First-Line Triage: Act as our internal helpdesk to resolve basic tech issues (like password resets, Wi‑Fi connectivity, or basic printer setups) before sending them up the chain.
Vendor Management: Serve as our primary point of contact for our third‑party IT support company. You will submit, track, and follow up on IT support tickets to ensure they fix our problems quickly.
Device & Asset Management: Maintain an up‑to‑date inventory of all our IT assets (laptops, monitors, field tablets, and smartphones) so we always know who has what. Maintain laptop, servers and firewall.
User Provisioning: Coordinate tech setup for onboarding and offboarding employees. This includes ordering new devices through our IT vendor, getting email accounts set up, and revoking access immediately when someone leaves. Prepare laptop with required software for new joiners...
