Overview
The position is best suited to a person who has the ability to work independently with indirect supervision in a fast paced work environment, meet deadlines, deliver against required outcomes, with a high attention to detail as well as interact with and render direct support to internal stakeholders.
Key functions and responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
Processing, follow up and renewal of quotations.
Administration of treasury payments.
Processing, follow up and administration of re-orders.
Processing and consolidation of actual cost and projected costing.
Processing and administration of GRV`s.
General office administration and reporting.
Minimum Requirements
· Gr 12 preferably with an applicable Financial/Costing qualification.
· 1 – 2 years applicable experience preferably within an Import environment
· Sound understanding of stock and purchasing processes
Strong numerical ability and financial acumen
