ADMIN SALES ASSISTANT (KZN)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers at the counter, including basic sales support and customer enquiries
• Handle incoming phone calls and direct queries to the appropriate department
• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with ad hoc duties as required
• Liaise with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product availability
• Coordinate with technical, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery
• Coordinate with logistics providers and couriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
• Deal with dealers and suppliers, including follow-ups and general communication
• Assist with stock take procedures, including counting inventory and reconciling discrepancies
• Add new stock onto the system and ensure all stock is accurately captured
