Our Trading company is selling food ingredients to bakeries, restaurants and hotels. Our three warehouses with integrated offices are located at Senoko / Woodlands area with 5 day work week (Mon to Fri) from 8am - 5pm. Basic salary / month based on experience + CPF + 13 month annual salary + Medical Benefits + Lunch and Mobile phone allowance. We are looking for a self‑motivated office admin to complete our team. You should be well versed in using computer software like Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and willing to learn and improve on the job. Must demonstrate attention to detail and be attentive to the job on hand. Able to work independently with a strong sense of integrity, and responsibility with a positive attitude.

Job scope:
  • Assist with office administrative task
  • Invoicing to customers using Quickbooks (no need to have experience)
