Job Description

To support the Branch by supplying all their administration and HR requirements in accordance with the branch focus plan and ensure compliance of all labor and local laws and other related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration & Purchasing Related (Main Focus):

  • Sourcing of Suppliers for office supplies, manpower, courier, and other branch needs.
  • Purchasing of office supplies and other needs of the branch.
  • Inventory File Management - ensure that the inventory count remains active and up to date.
  • Coordinate to Accounting and process payment requests of all the billings from Suppliers and Service Providers.
  • Scheduling a Service maintenance routine for the aircon, pest control and fumigation, genset, lighting, office sanitation and disinfection and copiers.
  • Managing messengerial routes and requests.
