Job Details Role Title:  Officer Operations Control Center 
Role Type:  Outsourced Full Time OnSite Long Term 
Work Location:  Dubai, UAE 
Working Days:  6 days working, 1 day off 
Knowledge & Experience Education:  College Degree 
Experience:  3 Years operations or Training Center management experience with relevant exposure to administrative functions in a similar environment/service industry. 
Technical Competencies (Preferred) Previous Dispatcher Experience / Dispatcher Applications Knowledge 
Scheduling System Knowledge 
MS Excel Advanced Knowledge 
Data Analytics Background / Minimum Basic Knowledge 
Basic Programming Languages Knowledge (C, Python, SQL) 
Experience in Power BI / Tableau / MicroStrategy 
Emergency Handling Knowledge / Basic Safety awareness 
Call Center Environment Experience
