Administrative Analyst (Excel & Workday Specialist)
Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, update, and validate data in Workday and Excel-based reports.
- Generate and analyze operational, payroll, and HR reports with precision.
- Monitor and audit data inputs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support remote teams by providing data-driven insights and administrative follow-ups.
- Assist with process improvement initiatives using Excel automation tools (macros, pivot tables, formulas).
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.
Minimum Requirements
- Residence in Mexico City (CDMX) - no exceptions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, charts).
- Hands-on experience with Workday in any of the following modules: HR, Payroll, or Finance.
