About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Assistant to support our Compliance and Branch Operations teams. This role focuses on document tracking, regulatory compliance, and ensuring all staff meet required documentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and manage compliance documentation (licenses, insurance, certifications, etc.)
  • Monitor internal ticketing system and respond to requests
  • Follow up with employees regarding missing or expired documents
  • Maintain accurate and organized personnel records
  • Support compliance-related administrative projects
  • Generate basic reports and update tracking systems

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in administrative, back office, or customer service roles
  • Advanced english level (B2+,C1)
