We are seeking a highly organized and proactive contract Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and provide administrative support to team members and leadership. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

+ Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments

+ Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
