What will you be doing!  
Supporting departmental bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.
Assisting departmental staff as required in preparing high-quality documents through preparing, processing, and formatting documents, forms, and other correspondence.
Supporting the department in the operation and maintenance of department record-keeping systems.
Acting as assistant to the department by helping to organize their time, i.e., arranging/maintaining schedules of meetings, maintaining MS Outlook calendars, arranging travel, scheduling appointments, assisting in the preparation of presentation material and in the setup of equipment.
