MatchBox Consulting Group is seeking an Administrative Clerk to work on a 6-month contract for our client, one of BC’s largest utility and clean energy companies. This is a hybrid role based in Burnaby, with an expectation to be onsite as required.


This role will support multiple engineering and design teams, providing day-to-day administrative coordination and ensuring efficient team operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:




  • Preparing expense reports and creating travel requests for the Hydrotechnical, Structural, and General Design teams using SAP




  • Backfilling and assisting the Admin Lead in organizing Safety and Environmental training and running milestone reports for the GSCE Department
