This role will coordinate and manage scheduling, prepare and organize important and strategic communication materials and plans, and support Project Entity & Grid Technology at the CH AM.This role serves as the eyes and ears for the Head of Project Entity & Grid Technologies at the CH AM, connecting organizations, projects, and critical business information to CH AM, ensuring meetings and materials are efficient and effective and serves as a trusted partner to deliver against the priorities of the business.
**Responsibilities**:- **Organize schedules**: Arrange daily schedule and meetings, including booking meeting rooms, manage events & reservations (domestic & international) as applicable.
- **Travel arrangements**: Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries inclusive of support with expense reports & the like.
- **Prepare reports**: Create presentations, reports, and manage office documentation.
